Please contact me if there is any error in your order and if it has not been shipped yet I will be able to amend it.
The recipient is responsible for paying any VAT and any courier handling fees upon delivery. I currently ship from the UK.

Does shipping have tracking?
Unfortunately the mailing service I use does not include any tracking as the standard cheapest mail option.
To add tracking to your order, please purchase the tracking mail add-on.

How long for my package to arrive?
In my experience, domestic UK packages get delivered within the week. International ranges from a week to a month-2 months.
Info on US-tariffs:
These products are shipping from the UK using Royal Mail. With this service, I am able to ship with the PDDP service. This ensures you receive your item with no additional charges paid at the doorstep.
Extenuating circumstances:
Please contact me if your package is damaged or hasn't arrived for over a month from dispatch.
Tracked mail is compensated with a replacement.
In the case that your mail is unclaimed and returned to my address, it may be requested that you pay a shipping fee to receive your items as I'll have to mail it again.
From Royal Mail:
Loss claims should not be submitted until after 20 working days after the due delivery date for items going to Europe and after 25 working days for Rest of the World.
